Welcome to the website on the constitutional writings of Dr. Bipin Adhikari. This website is expected to archive most of his available constitutional legal resources produced in the area of constitutional law, legislative framework, oversight and accountability, public policy analysis and related issues. It contains his interviews, opinion pieces, articles and books on the above themes in both Nepali and English. Some of the books he reviewed or commented upon, or recommended to the lawyers or researchers are also included here. This website also gives references to journal articles that Adhikari has contributed and also speeches, guest lectures and tutorials given by him. The materials included here also include various references on the subject from the constitutional academia abroad. Many of the contents here are not edited, and are not finished products.
