Bipin Adhikari claimed that since the CC is being considered a structure parallel to the Supreme Court, there will be confusion as to who would be part of it given its time-bound nature. He also argued that there is a possibility of judges being re-appointed, which, according to him, could politicise the judiciary. “This tendency will endanger the concept of career judge as parties will look for candidates close to their political line”.
