On 26 December 2021, a groundbreaking ceremony of the construction of the Academic Block for the School of Law was held at Kathmandu University, Dhulikhel. The ceremony marked the construction of a building with a ground coverage of 411 sq.m. which is planned to be completed within 12 months. The Center for Educational Design at KU is the consultant for the project.
The Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Bhola Thapa, Registrar Prof. Dr. Subodh Sharma, the Founding Dean of School of Law Prof. Dr. Bipin Adhikari, current Dean Prof. Dr. Rishikesh Wagle and other delegates were present at the ceremony.
